Every SNKR ZMBZ piece is made to order. Please review your size, color, and shipping details before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
